At Hiking Outdoor Adventures 360, we plan every experience with care from short hikes to multi-day expeditions and ultra-trail challenges. This policy ensures transparency, fairness, and respect for both participants and our organizing team.
All bookings are valid only after full payment via MoMoPay 2202202 or other approved methods. Fees include guiding, organization, transport, permits, and logistics as specified for each activity. Each booking is personal and non-transferable, unless officially rescheduled (see below).
Full Refund (100%): Cancellation at least 72 hours before the event. Partial Refund (50%): Cancellation between 48 and 72 hours before the event. No Refund: Cancellation less than 48 hours before the event or no-show on the day.
Full Refund (100%): Cancellation at least 10 days before the start date. Partial Refund (50%): Cancellation between 5 and 10 days before departure. No Refund: Cancellation less than 5 days before the trip or no-show.
Due to the high level of preparation, logistics, and partner involvement, the following applies:
Participants who cancel within the refundable period may transfer their payment to another event within 30 days, subject to availability. Transfers are allowed once per booking and must be confirmed by the administration team.

No refunds are issued for cancellations caused by events beyond our control once an activity has started including natural disasters, sudden road closures, or government restrictions.
